Who Can Apply?
All Rotarians are welcome to apply. DLA primarily serves Districts 6110 and 5750, with a limited number of places available to qualified applicants from other districts. Each class is limited to 50 participants.
When demand exceeds available places, preference is given to Rotarians preparing for or currently serving in key leadership roles:
- Presidents-Elect and Presidents-Nominee
- District Governors-Elect and District Governors-Nominee
- Incoming or serving Assistant Governors
Leadership experience is not required. Rotarians who want to learn more, serve more effectively, and prepare for future leadership are encouraged to apply.
